A Message from Kathy Verges, Chief Executive Officer

Carers Week 2015

We recently celebrated Carers Week 2015 by hosting events in each of our areas. We started the week with a Garden Party in Havering, on Tuesday we held a Coffee Morning in Redbridge and on Thursday we held an Afternoon Tea in Epping. It was lovely to see people who we serve and we sincerely thank you for your support.

Thank you

Many individuals and groups support our charity and I want to say a big thank you to several for their most recent kindness:-

  • Nexus Networking Group continues to raise monies to fund our Club 18-35 in Havering. This is one of our most popular services and it is our aim to develop this service in Redbridge and Epping/Harlow.

  • Nexus Networking Group is holding a Black Tie fundraising Ball on Friday 6thNovember 2015. If you would like to attend please contact Sheila Moses on 07956 123 335. Tickets are £55.00 each and include: 3 course meal, table wine and entertainment. Please see attached flyer with further information.

  • Epping Rotarians have kindly presented CT EHHR with an amazing donation of £4.000. It is our aim to develop carer social events in Epping.

  • Mayors Charity – Redbridge. We are pleased to announce that we are one of several charities chosen by the Mayor Elect, Cllr Barbara White to benefit as Mayors charity.
